Another quarter

Brian Nichols is being rearrested as I write this. What a crappy couple of weeks for the justice department. I really have problems understanding what drives people to this. I just hope that things settle down and get back to a sort of normalcy. I personally just have to buckle back down and get to work on finishing this quarter. Finals are overwhelming, but I look at what is going on in the world around me, and feel I don't have the right to be overwhelmed. I suppose that when things like this happen, we must all just go on as if little happened or we would get mired in depression and fear and never accomplish anything.

I saw and exciting theatre piece last night called "Curse of the Crying Heart." It was at the Via Duct theatre in Chicago, and was a mix of a rock concert, movie and a play. Much stage combat was involved. The piece was a little rough, but it shows promise of a great direction for theatre, and seems very forward looking.
